This Privacy Policy explains how LeniTradee ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the LeniTradee mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — name, email, phone number, and (if you use Google Sign-In) your Google profile email and ID.
• Financial activity — wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, investments, coin purchases and gifts you make within the app.
• Usage & device data — app interactions, IP address, device model, and a push notification token if you enable notifications.
• Content you submit — live streams, comments, community messages, support tickets, and task submissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service (authentication, wallets, trading plans, streaming, rewards).
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and coin transactions.
• To send transactional and, where permitted, promotional notifications (email/SMS).
• To detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example Google/Firebase (authentication, push), SMS providers for verification codes, and payment/blockchain networks for USDT settlement — and where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and associated personal data, open the app → Console → Settings → Delete Account, or email lenitradeofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal or financial-compliance reasons.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, tokens are stored in the device secure store, and traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
